Entire floor fully equipped in a semi-independent courtyard house immersed in the Ticino Park, but very close to the points of greatest interest in the province of Pavia and Milan. Ideal for short or long stays, for young people or families, you can use it for work or vacation. For any need, we live upstairs. The apartment is divided into 2 spaces: a living room with kitchen and a bedroom. Both overlook a long balcony. Modern and functional furnishings: 4 burners, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, Wi-Fi, TV and sofa in the living room. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine. Double bedroom with large wardrobe. The area is very convenient for getting to the center of Pavia. Milan ring road 5 km away. Parking is available.
