Moin! Willkommen in Papenburg, dem Venedig Deutschlands. Unsere Ferienwohnung „Anni“ befindet sich im Papenburger Ortsteil Obenende, direkt am Kanal gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und weitere Services sind im Umkreis von 1,5km gut erreichbar. Die ca. 50qm große Wohnung hat einen separaten Eingang und ist über eine Außentreppe erreichbar. Das Gebäude wurde im Jahr 2022 nach KfW 40+ Standard gebaut und ist somit technisch auf dem neuesten Stand (Fußbodenheizung, Be- und Entlüftungsanlage).

Met meer dan 100 kilometer aan wandelroutes en talloze karakteristieke dorpjes, waaronder het oude Bourtange, is er altijd wat nieuws te ontdekken. Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt eingebettet zwischen Wiesen und Feldern. Natur pur! Egal ob Action oder Ruhe - der Aufenthalt ist abwechslungsreich und hat vieles zu bieten. Die Städte Papenburg (17km) und Leer (20km) sind schnell zu erreichen. Auch die Nordseeküste und der Dollart, sowie die Niederlande sind nicht weit entfernt. Die FeWo ist mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht liebevoll eingerichtet. Sie liegt in der ersten Etage im Nebenhaus. Alleinige Nutzung!

My apartment is located in a historic building that once housed the old town hall printing house. It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, a large, open living area with access to the garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the first floor. A private parking space is directly accessible at the apartment and also conveniently accessible via the terrace. By the way, all income via Airbnb is used exclusively to upgrade the apartment EVEN more! Enjoy your time out - quiet and central!

Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

The two apartments on the first floor are lovingly furnished. From the living rooms of the two apartments, you have a very nice view of the harbor. Both apartments have a sunny combined kitchen and living room. In the shared sunny garden with a large lawn, everyone can find their individual place to relax.

Although the apartment is in my house, you have your own entrance area.
