It offers 130 m² with high ceilings, large open plan living area with access to garden/terrace and luxurious kitchen - all on the ground floor. My place is close to Papenburg( Meyerwerft) and Leer with its beautiful historic old town. Because there are always negative reviews left about the location. The accommodation is BETWEEN Papenburg and Leer. Both are about 12 km away. Shopping facilities are abundant in the village. Nearby is the amusement park on the Emsdeich, where you can swim well in summer. My place is good for couples and business travelers. Private entrance.

Dear guests, I am glad that you have discovered my apartment. The apartment is located in a central location of Leer (East Frisia) and is therefore ideal if you would like to explore the city on foot. The apartment is part of a house, but separated and has its own entrance. It is located on the back, quiet upper floor of the house. The apartment is accessible via a staircase that does not have a handrail!
