Enjoy the view, the tranquillity and the surrounding nature in this comfortable cottage with 65 m² of living space. Double ceiling height in the large living room in combination with the sea view gives a wonderful feeling of space. Built in 2023, the house is constructed from log timber in a traditional style but with all modern amenities, including underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove. Nice forest walks directly from the plot, map included. The master bedroom has a very comfortable 160 cm bed from a premium brand, with a sea view from the pillow. Close to places to visit.

Now you have the opportunity to live in a house with stunning sunsets, in the middle of nature and in a secluded location, while making a minimal impact on the climate. You are welcome to book our house at a special "try-it-out" price. Our house in the Stockholm archipelago has a unique location, is completely self-sufficient in electricity through solar panels, and is not connected to the electricity grid. The house is "off grid" and there are only a few minor imperfections left. The Stockholm Archipelago Trail (SAT) hiking trail passes near the house.

The pearl of Roslag - 400 meters from the sea and swimming area. At this home you can relax with the whole family. A cozy cottage near Norrtälje. Many nice beaches by the sea within walking distance. The house was built three years ago. In the loft, there is a 1.20 bed, and on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a bunk bed. In the combined kitchen/room there are two sofa beds. The bathroom has washing machine and bathtub. We live in a house next door but have the patio in the back. Possibility to borrow SUP and life jacket. 1.5 miles to Norrtälje.

Peacefully located house next to beautiful lake. 50 minutes to Stockholm and Arlanda. To Norrtälje City, it is only 7 minutes. The house is next to our villa but is still private. There is a private dock with a rowing boat you can borrow. Three bedrooms, spacious living room and kitchen as well as shower and toilet. Nice view of the water. Private terrace. Nice walking paths and Roslagsleden goes through the village. When you check out, you are responsible for the condition and cleaning being the same as upon arrival. Bring your own bedclothes.
