Auf dem möblierten Balkon kann man den Tag mit einem Frühstück starten oder gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Bushaltestelle, Apotheke, Eisdiele, Metzgerei und 2 Bäckereien mit Frühstücksangebot sind in nur 1-2 min zu erreichen. Auch Monteure sind willkommen.

Die Landesgartenschau 2026 ist zu Fuß in ca. 800 Metern zu erreichen. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es ein Premium Boxspringbett mit 180x200cm.

The bungalow, completed in November 2020, is located on a fenced property with an area of 500 square meters. The accommodation is heated with an automatic pellet stove with a viewing window. Unsere Einliegerwohnung wurde 1/25 renoviert. Abtsgmünd liegt an der Bundesstraße 19 im Kochertal zwischen Aalen und Schwäbisch Hall. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.
