A large and lovely villa in the middle of Käringön. Perfect for a conference or group meeting. There are 15 beds at the house divided into 7 rooms. Two toilets and two fully equipped kitchen. There are several rooms for shared socializing or smaller group work. The upstairs kitchen table can be extended so that more people can sit. In case of interest, we can convey contact of the rental of the sauna and conference room as well as additional beds at the neighbor's place 10 m away. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen and living room with expansive sea views where you will experience magical sunsets. Around the house there are several patios for relaxing and social activities. 100 meters from the house is a wonderful swimming area suitable for all ages. 2 minutes walk and you are down in the harbor and community.

The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

Modern, newly built house with private location and great views of the forest and meadows on fine Orust. It accommodates 6 people with all the comforts. The adults can sit and enjoy the sun from morning till night on the large terrace while the children play on the lawn. In the afternoon you take the bike to the sea and take a nice bath. In the evening you barbecue and maybe pick some blueberries. In the vicinity there are lovely kayak waters and for those who like nature there are several nature reserves in the area to visit.

Relax with the family in this peaceful home, near the sea. Go down to the bathrobe and take a bath the first thing you do or take a walk in the woods. Take a ride with the kids down to the water and fish for crabs. Pick blueberries for breakfast a bit away from the house. The house is located at the end of the street so you are not bothered by any traffic. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi in the photos is not in use at the moment but there is a wood-fired sauna raft that we are happy to help you book.

The kitchen is also big. There are 8 seats but you can easily put 4 extra chairs so it's 12. There is also a bar table with 6 chairs. 4 toilets. A stylish lounge with pool table and darts. Sea view from some windows. Indoor patio. Swimming area about 500 m. Free parking space 100 m from the house.
