Newly-built Attefall cabin with all the comforts and high speed wifi! In the cabin there is a well-equipped kitchen, social area with direct exit to its own lovely terrace with sea view and a delicious bathroom with shower. The deck has both outdoor furniture and sunbeds. Five beds in total, but ideal for two adults! Even though the square meters are few, you experience that everything is accommodated in the cabin. Large terrace with barbecue and expansive views of the sea and marina. Close to the sea, private but still in the community, at the top of a cul-de-sac, you will find this little house. Approximately 300 meters to Orust's finest swimming area with docks, diving towers, cliffs and a small beach for the little ones. Well-stocked grocery store and excellent pizzeria 150 meters from the house.

Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. One with a double bed and private balcony, one with 2 single beds that can be put together and one with a 120 cm bed.

The property consists of two flats with separate entrances of which this accommodation is the apartment upstairs. The apartment is a 2nd floor of about 40 sqm that is bright and fresh with sea view from the kitchen and bedroom. Adjacent to the apartment is a smaller courtyard where you can enjoy your morning coffee. All amenities are available for a nice and quiet stay.

The house is located in a quiet and scenic environment with a large plot (3600 square meters), with both lawn and mountains on the plot. It is close (500 meters) to lovely swimming, hiking trails and local sights. The swimming area and the harbor in Stockvik (500 meters) are perfect for both swimming, crab fishing and relaxing. Outdoors there is dining table for eight people and extra furniture that can be moved and adapted depending on the time of day. You can always find a place for sun, shade and shelter.

Our semi-detached house in Mollösund Tången is a holiday home with that little extra. The house is modern and well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant holiday in the heart of Bohuslän. The house is dimensioned for 6 people to stay comfortably but it is possible to fit an additional 2-3 people if needed. The price includes access to our boathouse and Tången's private swimming areas. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.
