Nice wooden house with glass veranda and large garden. Pool 6x3 m in summer. 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds. In one bedroom, there are also 2 single beds. Guest house with 2 bunk beds. Large kitchen, a small and a large living room, bathroom with bathtub. There are games for indoor and outdoor use, TV, outdoor seating groups as well as a dishwasher and washing machine. Wi-Fi and charging post for electric car are available. The nearest swimming area is 1.5 km away. There is a bathing ladder and a perfect jetty to catch crabs from. 2 SUPs are available

Rural villa on Orust

Welcome to a house with a large terrace and pool house in a rural environment surrounded by nature and open meadows. The coastal path passes 150 meters from the house. 700 meters from the house there is shopping in Göksäter, where there is also a large playground and kiosk. The community of Henån is 8 km away. The house is an older villa with low ceilings. There is a sandbox, trampoline and swings. Indoors there is also access to various toys in the playroom. Two double beds 180 cm and 160 cm. A single bed 80 cm and two 80 cm cots for children.

West Coast Summer House

Bring the whole family, friends or colleagues to this newly built and modern house with pool/hot tub, located near the sea. The accommodation is a short walk from the nearest swimming area and beautiful walking paths along the water. The house offers a lovely balcony under the roof on the second floor, a terrace at ground level and a lawn. With its generous 190 sqm, the house has two kitchens, two living rooms, four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms with toilet and shower. For larger groups or more, the house can easily be divided.

The 25 sqm cottage with sleeping loft and sunroom has all amenities. The kitchen is well-equipped with access to the sunroom where you can enjoy the view of Boxvik Kile. The balcony is on 2 levels with outdoor furniture and barbecue on the upper level and a hot tub with sea water, which the sun warms up in summer (Open 6/1-8/31) with associated sun loungers on the lower level.

Good transportation to Gothenburg by bus and train. Distance by car to Tjörn about 10 minutes, Orust about 20 minutes, Gothenburg about 30 minutes, Smögen/Kungshamn about 60-80 minutes Stenungssund square is close, about 7 minutes, with shopping, restaurants and shops. There are lovely beaches such as Strandviken and Hawaii, you can get there in about 7 minutes.

Proximity to the sea and nature. Good starting point for excursions in Bohuslän and to Gothenburg with all it has to offer. A bike ride or walk down to the nearest swimming area or lots of nice swimming areas and attractions to go to in Tjörn and Orust by car. Proximity to the city center and train station.

Approximately 11 minute (9.3km) drive from Stenungsund shopping center. A 5 minute drive (3.5km) to Ica Almö Livs, which has most things. There's also a gym and pharmacy.
