Underfloor heating in parts of the house and a cozy fireplace adjacent to the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine. Cozy glass veranda and several terraces with secluded location or lake view. An older rowing boat is available if you want to take a trip on the lake.

The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, induction stove, hot air fryer and washing machine. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with shower, toilet and storage.

The house offers nice material choices, 8 single beds and 1 double bed with new comfortable mattresses, pillows and duvets. Sheets and towels are not included. An ideal place for guests seeking a secluded and inspiring home for their events. Perfect for golfing, paddling, fishing, swimming and hiking. Vehicle access is required.

Up in the pasture overlooking Näs Herrgård and Nässjön is Villa Näs. A modern home in a rural and scenic setting. The house that is secluded has a large and lovely garden with sun all day. In the pastures around the house, there are grazing animals in the summer. A few steps away is Nässjön which offers fantastic swimming. All of our guests have access to barbecue, Stand-up paddle boards and bikes! In winter you live 5 min drive from alpine center with a total of 7 slopes!
