In 50 minutes by car, you can reach Gothenburg and in 15 minutes, you can reach a well-stocked grocery store and pharmacy. 2 double bedrooms and guest house with 2 beds.

On the entrance floor, there is a spacious kitchen and living room with extensive sea views where you will experience magical sunsets. Around the house, there are several patios for relaxation and social activities. 100 meters from the house, there is a wonderful swimming area suitable for all ages. 2-minute walk and you are down in the harbor and the community.

Approx. 500 meters to a fantastic tapas restaurant with associated vineyard. About 700 meters to Coop grocery store. Beautiful green area to walk in right outside the door. Bed linen available to rent. The tenant does the final cleaning.

The style is mixed from the 1930s onwards. However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly since then. We are happy to rent monthly or longer. At least weekly.

The house features beautiful interior design and comfortable beds. Relax on the terrace and in the lush garden, or use the wood-fired hot tub. There's ample space for activities, and you're welcome to borrow kayaks, paddleboards (SUP), and sauna raft. Max 10 guests in the house, of which 8 may be adults. No pets.

The shower is outside with hot water. The bedroom has 2 bunk beds. The lower bunk is 10 cm wider, with a duvet and pillow. Please bring your own sheets. There are 4 chairs and a dining table on the patio.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway with sea views and close to the beach (150 m) and forest. The cottage (30 m2) was built in 2020 and can accommodate 2 people. The nearest store is 5 minutes by car. You need a car to easily get to different places and activities on Orust and Tjörn. Stenungsund is the nearest major city, about 15 minutes by car.
