This ground floor apartment is in a newly renovated barn located in the center of Olonzac, where you can enjoy the sun on your private terrace. Outside the door walk 2 minutes to the boulangerie, tabac, grocery, weekly market, and cafes/restaurants. It is a short drive to vineyards, Cathar castles, cooking classes and cycling paths along the Canal du Midi. Within an hour you can be at the blue waters of the Mediterranean, the walled Cite of Carcassonne or the ancient Roman port of Narbonne.

Le Petit Soleil veritable love nest in the heart of the capital of Minervois, elegant and central accommodation, all shops, 5 min walk, free parking space. Come and spend a pleasant time in this very bright studio renovated in 2023, air-conditioned double glazed carpentry, neat decoration "Glamour" equipped kitchen, dining area, work area, wifi, orange TV. To come and discover as a couple two nights, a weekend or more, high-end amenities, bed linen included in the cleaning package.
