Fully renovated, this modern loft consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed in 180 and the other with 2 single beds. A large fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with fireplace and overlooking a large private terrace closed and not opposite. Guests can enjoy the pool area which includes a large swimming pool but also a paddling pool for the little ones, a summer kitchen with gas bbq and fire pit We are located in the countryside and a vehicle is required.

A charming T2 renovated, clean and well located : on the first floor of a bourgeois building, close to the train station, the historic hypercenter, transport (lines 3 and 4 of the tram at 100 m). Fully equipped, it has double glazing and reversible air conditioning.
