Ranta-Erkkilä - Rural peace on the shores of Simojoki

Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki River! There is plenty of space for children in the yard. From the yard, you can access the forest, where there are paths and, in winter, sled tracks. Walking dogs is easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoen river. Bedding, towels and detergents are provided. Toys and games for children! There is a barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging!

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

Peaceful fisherman's home

Since the fisherman is mainly at sea and lives in his island cottage, guests have access to almost the entire 130m2 of his well-equipped and peaceful detached house. There is space for relaxation for the whole family, but this accommodation is also ideal for workers. Guests have access to: - two bedrooms - spacious kitchen, dining area and living room - sauna and terrace The plot is bordered by the forest. The area has a fast connection to the highway and Oulu. The bus to the city runs every hour.

Tervetuloa majoittumaan aivan Tuiran uimarannan lähettyville rauhalliseen kaksioon. Asunto sijaitsee hissitalon toisessa kerroksessa ja siellä majoittuu maksimissaan 4 henkilöä - makuuhuoneen parivuoteessa sekä 115cm vuodesohvalla. Asunto on täysin varusteltu pidempääkin majoittumista varten. Lähin kauppa löytyy alle 300m päästä. Bussilinjat keskustaan kulkee aivan asunnon läheltä, mutta myös kävellen pääsee helposti kauniin Ainolanpuiston läpi keskustaan. Alueella on ilmaisia tienvarsipaikkoja.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Päärakennuksessa asuu kolmihenkinen perhe. Iin kunta on tunnettu kulttuurista ja taiteesta ja majoittaja Minna osaa halutessanne kertoa Iin historiasta, nähtävyyksistä ja kulttuurista. Iin palvelut ovat lähellä ja Ouluun 30min ajomatka. Asunto on kauttaaltaan remontoitu keväällä 2024.

JokiLaakso ~ countryside house

JokiLaakso on tunnelmaltaan perinteinen vanhanajan mummola, mummon mökki, jonka ensimmäinen osa on rakennettu 1920 luvulla. Se sijaitsee maaseudun rauhassa, revontulien alla ja kesäöiden valossa, mutta vain 500m päässä 4-tieltä. Se on mainio paikka myös välietapiksi matkalla pohjoiseen. Alakerrassa on makuuhuone, keittiö, pesutilat, sauna, kodinhoitohuone ja olohuone. Yläkerrassa on 2 vuodetta. Keittiön varustus palvelee vaativampaakin kokkia/leipuria. Moderni lämmitys.

Old log house by the sea

Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
