Ranta-Erkkilä - Rural peace on the shores of Simojoki

Relax in the middle of nature on the banks of the Simojoki River! There is plenty of space for children in the yard. From the yard, you can access the forest, where there are paths and, in winter, sled tracks. Walking dogs is easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-fired sauna, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, Wi-Fi and a view of the Simojoen river. Bedding, towels and detergents are provided. Toys and games for children! There is a barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach! Also ask about activities that can be arranged on site! Electric car charging!

Nice cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is located in its own peace on the shore of the river Iijoki. The cabin can accommodate 1-3 people. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunities. Yliranta horse farm 6 km, center of Ii 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-heated sauna. The cottage has a well-equipped kitchen and bedding. Firewood included in the price. Linen at an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by agreement 10€/stay. Hot tub or outdoor whirlpool for an additional €100. The tenant must do the final cleaning. We charge €80 for not cleaning.

JokiLaakso ~ countryside house

JokiLaakso has the atmosphere of a traditional old-fashioned granny's cottage, the first part of which was built in the 1920s. It is located in the peace of the countryside, under the Northern Lights and in the light of the summer nights, but only 500 meters from Highway 4. It's also a great place to stop on the way north. Downstairs there is a bedroom, a kitchen, laundry facilities, a sauna, a utility room and a living room. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen equipment will satisfy even the most demanding cook/baker. Modern heating.

Villa Wanha Hamina

In the historic Old Hamina, Iin, the apartment in the courtyard of a detached house is an atmospheric stopover about 500m from the highway. Iijoki is a stone's throw away, you can even see a glimpse of it from the window. The main building is home to a family of three. The municipality of Ii is known for its culture and art, and the host Minna can tell you about the history, sights and culture of Ii. Ii's services are close and Oulu is a 30-minute drive. The apartment has been completely renovated in the spring of 2024.

Welcome to stay in this new, peaceful sauna cabin. Here you can relax in the soft steam of the wooden sauna and stay in a cozy cabin. The sauna cabin is 26m2 in total. On the side of the cabin, there is a double bed, a sofa for two, a small table and a fridge, as well as a coffee maker. In addition, a bathroom/toilet, sauna and terrace. Gas grill on the terrace. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.

There is a TV in the cottage, and the apps work with the guest's own mobile data connection. An air-source heat pump keeps the cottage cool in summer. There is a small public beach 3 kilometres away.
