Relax with the family in the midst of nature on the Simo River! There's plenty of room for kids in the yard. You can walk to the woods from the yard, where there are ready-made trails and traces of a sled in the winter. Walking dogs is also easy in nature. The house has a kitchen, a wood-burning sauna, washrooms, a washer, a dryer, a TV, an air source heat pump, wifi, and a river view of the Simo River. Ready for bedding, towels, and detergents. Toys and games for the kids! There is a new barbecue hut in the yard and a lean-to on the beach for making fires!

A neat cottage on the shore of the Iijoki river

The cottage is quietly located on the banks of the Iijoki River. The cottage can accommodate 1-3 guests. Rowing boat, swimming and fishing opportunity. Yliranta equestrian farm 6 km, Ii city center 11 km. The cottage has a fireplace and a separate wood-burning sauna. The cottage has a well-stocked kitchen and bedding. Firewood incl. Linens for an additional cost of 10€/person. Pets by arrangement €10/stay. Hot tub or outdoor hot tub for an additional cost of 100€. The renter must do the final cleaning. We charge 80€ for unmade cleaning.

Haiku – a tiny house in Hailuoto

Haiku is a modern and compact (21.5m2) tiny house in central village of Hailuoto. It breathes relaxation and peace, even though it's with others like it in a condominium. The shops are about 1.5km and Hailuodon Brewery is less than a kilometer away. Marjaniemi 11 kilometers. You can also get there by public transportation. Note: No sauna. Haiku has a fiber optic connection and heats up with ecological wind power. Air source heat pump for cooling and heating. No animals. Sparkling detergents.

Iin historiallisessa Wanhassa Haminassa omakotitalon pihapiirissä oleva asunto on tunnelmallinen pysähdyspaikka n. 500m nelostiestä. Iijoki on kivenheiton päässä, vilauksen voi nähdä jopa ikkunasta. Welcome to stay in a historic setting! This duplex is located in the charming courtyard of a mansion built in the early 1900s, right by the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen, and can accommodate up to 6 guests. One bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed, and the other has a 140 cm double bed and an 80 cm single bed. In the kitchen, there is a wooden sofa (180 cm), which also serves as a bed for a smaller sleeper.
