Our duplex cottage (44 square meters) with private entrance, terrace, parking and wallbox is located in the quiet Bürgerfelde district - on the outskirts of town and yet centrally located! Just 15 minutes by bike or bus from downtown, the train station and university and a few minutes' walk to the green surroundings. The house is completely renovated and equipped with everything new and comfortable. Ideal occupancy is 1-2 people/couples. For a few nights, you can also accommodate three people. Pets welcome!

A colourful, non-smoking apartment, renovated in 2021, awaits you with a separate Entrance on you. The apartment is quiet, close to the city and spacious (65 sqm). You can reach the centre in about 15 minutes on foot or you can walk 2 minutes to the bus stop. The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people, there is a bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will also use a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining room, a hallway and a storage room. A children's travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Our holiday apartment is close to the city and quietly located, easily accessible by train, bus, car or other means of transport. It is just 1000 m to the city center, 2 km to the train station, 2 km to the Olantis-Huntebad and about 2 km to Lake Drielaker. In the immediate vicinity are 2 discount markets, 2 pharmacies, 4 bakers, various cafes, a post office, 3 churches (bell ringing barely audible) and various doctor's offices. The apartment is located on the ground floor with only one high altitude.

Lovely apartment with good connections to the city and Ammerland

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. We look forward to seeing you!

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe von Innenstadt, Bahnhof fußläufig 10 Minuten, Restaurants und Nachtleben Oldenburgs sind also ganz nah dran :-). Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des morgendlichen Vogelgeszwitschers und viel grün druherum, obwohl du mitten in der Stadt bist. Die Dachterasse wirst du auch zu schätzen wissen. In unsrerer Straße wohnen nur liebe Leute. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und Familien (mit Kindern).

This gorgeous, fully equipped non-smoking apartment (84 sqm / fully renovated 2012) is easily located in the basement feeling (completely with daylight) in a listed villa (built 1910) in the Ziegelhofviertel. It offers plenty of space for 2 people (plus sofa bed in the living room + a comfortable extra bed for one person each = 4 persons). In the beautiful Ammerland, right on the city border to Oldenburg, lies the Gerberhof. Two bright, modern apartments have been created here from an old pigsty. Get on your bike and start beautiful tours to Bad Zwischenahn, Rastede and Oldenburg from here. In 20 minutes, you can also reach the North Sea coast by car. We want you to relax, with good books, in a quiet but cozy environment, with only greenery and tranquility in front of the windows.

Biosupermarkt, Rewe, Apotheke, Bäcker, Friseur, Post alles innerhalb 5 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Bushaltestelle in der Alexanderstraße. Da mehrere Linien dort abfahren gibt es ca alle 10 Minuten einen Bus der in die Stadt und zum ZOB fährt. Per Fuß sind es 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.

Quietly located apartment

Quiet and cozy apartment (about 32 m²) in a two-family house (1st floor) in the Eversten district (15 min. by bike to the city center). It offers space for a maximum of 4 people, but is not suitable for infants. A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.
