The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. Shops for daily shopping and various restaurants can be found within a 15-minute walk.

The property is located approx. 15 minutes' walk from the S-Bahn, which takes you 20 minutes directly to the center of Munich. There is a private entrance. A lot of light enters the room through the slope and a large window. There is no cooking.
