Everything is newly renovated. Note: Linen packages DKK 50,/per person (consisting of bed linen, 4 towels, bath mat, tea towels, etc.) mandatory. The home is not suitable for children or people with walking disabilities.

The home is close to the university, OCC/Jyske Bank Arena and the new hospital. 7-minute walk to the light rail at Bilka and bus that takes you around the city. Also, a 7-15 minute walk to Ikea and Rosengårdscentret, where all shopping can be done. The home is on 3 floors, the basement is closed off. However, access to the washing machine can be arranged. Bedrooms are on the 1st floor as well as one bathroom.

The family-friendly villa house is located within walking distance (2km) to the city centre and with access to the forest for walking and running at the end of the road (300m). The house is equipped with double beds and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. The ground floor includes a combined kitchen and dining room as well as a living room. In the garden, you have access to outdoor dining facilities, a lawn, table tennis and a garage(car).

Lille terrasse til fronten af huset med morgen/formiddagssol samt parkering. Terasse på bagsiden af huset med spiseplads, gasgrill samt adgang til fælles have med siddepladser samt bålplads.

Lovely apartment 350 meters from the Cathedral in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment is newly renovated and is located in a townhouse with a courtyard and garden. The apartment consists of a new kitchen in open connection with a large dining room/living room with sofa bed from Boconcept as well as a nice bedroom and bathroom with shower. In the apartment, there is a TV and a small work corner. We live in the building ourselves and are available during the stay if anything is needed.
