Der er el-oplader til elbil ved huset. Samtidig er der kun ca. 10 minutter til Odense C (5km). Der er vinduer fra gulv til loft, så der vil altid være et godt lysindfald. Sommeraftener på den overdækkede terrasse skal opleves. Sommerhuset indeholder eksklusivt inventar fra Svane Køkkenet.

Haven er privat og med direkte adgang til Odense Å, som kan opleves fra egen kano eller stand up padle-board. Der er alt hvad en familie vil nyde i haven; bålsted, træhule, rutsjebane, gyngestativ, fodboldmål og hønsegård.
