L'alloggio è composto da un'ampia zona living con cucina integrata ed una camera da letto con caminetto, entrambe con accesso alla terrazza, due bagni, terrazza esterna e cortili da ambo i lati. Presente inoltre locale con sauna e cyclette. Possibilità di parcheggio interno. Da sempre appassionati di animali, abbiamo cani, gatti, cavalli e asini. Totally green and eco-sustainable house with breathtaking views of the Monferrato hills. Garden with space for outdoor lunches and dinners and a heated hydromassage tub to enjoy a completely relaxing experience (free from 1 Apr to 30 Sept, for a fee from 1 Oct to 31 Mar). Country-modern furnishings in an air-conditioned environment. You are surrounded by greenery, but only 10 minutes from the Asti Est toll booth. Possibility of charging for electric vehicles with Wall Box for a fee.

The outbuilding of Tenuta Magrini is a small independent studio flat (without kitchen) on the estate, from which to enjoy one of the most beautiful views of Monferrato. A quiet place between woods and vineyards with a large and well-kept garden and infinity view pool. The studio has a double bed and a sofa bed, making it suitable just for a couple or for a family with one or two children that can share the room. The parking is internal and from the estate.
