Our new apartment with about 62 m² is located on the southern edge in a quiet location. The town center is about 5 minutes' walk, the path to the meadows is about 2 minutes away. The living/dining area has a kitchen incl. oven and dishwasher, flat-screen TV and access to the terrace. The apartment is located on the lower level and is flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The house was built in 2017 according to the KFW 55 standard and is heated with a regenerative heater.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

The bright apartment is about 100 sq.m. in size. The two generously sized balconies offer breathtaking views of the Alps as well as of the famous castle “Neuschwanstein”. It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

The “Bergahorn” chalet, with its approx. 185 m² of living space and large terrace (approx. 100 m²) with mountain views, is very spaciously designed. The holiday apartment has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a children's room with a single bunk bed (1.70 x 0.80), and a living room with a pull-out sofa bed. There is an outdoor parking space and an underground parking space with an electric charging station. The large terrace offers a magnificent view over the Allgäu alpine meadows.
