Our new apartment with about 62 m² is located on the southern edge in a quiet location. The town center is about 5 minutes' walk, the path to the meadows is about 2 minutes away. The living/dining area has a kitchen incl. oven and dishwasher, flat-screen TV and access to the terrace. The apartment is located on the lower level and is flooded with light through floor-to-ceiling windows. The house was built in 2017 according to the KFW 55 standard and is heated with a regenerative heater.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.

The apartment has an area of 78 m² and consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen-living room, a bathroom with shower, tub, sink, separate toilet, dining area and a 10 m² terrace! On the 3rd floor there is also a storage room with a washing tub!
