Welcome! The apartment with living-bedroom offers space on just under 40 square meters for solo travelers, couples or a small Family. Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)

The apartment in the beautifully located Tiefenbach is not far from the Breitachklamm and Rohrmoos, idyllically situated between the mountains. The modern interior includes everything you need for a relaxing vacation in the Allgäu Alps. With fantastic views of the mountains, the day starts from the bed and ends relaxed on the cozy balcony, and if you want, also in the hanging swing. Whether on foot, by sled, with cross-country skis or by bike, you can start right at the house.

In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pod machine, microwave, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sleds, etc. can be stored in the basement. A parking space in the yard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.
