Your holiday home is in the village of Willofs with 400 inhabitants (87634 Ostallgäu). Numerous excursion opportunities in summer and winter are at your feet here. For your mental well-being, there is deliberately NO TV. In a maximum of 25 minutes you can reach Kempten, Kaufbeuren, Mindelheim, Bad Wörishofen. Cities like Füssen, Nesselwang, Pfronten, Immenstadt etc. are only 40 - 50 minutes away.

Von dieser Unterkunft aus ist man in Nullkommanichts an allen wichtigen Orten. Zu Fuß innerhalb 3 Minuten erreicht man den Supermarkt, die Bäckerei, den Metzger, die Apotheke und ein Restaurant mit Biergarten. In der Stadt Kempten ist man mit dem Auto in 5 Min., eine Bushaltestelle ist in Sichtweite. Die Wohnung (90qm) befindet sich im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und geräumig. Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Through a spacious corridor you can reach all 3 bedrooms as well as the large kitchen/living room that can accommodate 6 people, from there you can reach a large south-facing balcony . In addition, there is a living room with a nice seating area from where you can reach the balcony to the east. The large bathroom has a bathtub, shower and sink, the toilet is separate.
