Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe , Stellplätze vorm und neben dem Haus.

If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. The vacation home was built in 1971 by the Stuttgart architect Günter Behnisch. With the large glass front and the lots of wood, you feel at one with nature. A living room with a tiled stove, cozy sofa corner and a large table for sitting together offers everything you need for a vacation together. Untergröningen is an Eldorado for hikers, cyclists and bikers in the Kocher Valley metropolis. With its five hamlets and over 40 small hamlets, the state-approved resort offers pure nature. In the village, there is a small supermarket with a butcher and bakery as well as a brewery with a restaurant. For further excursions, there are swimming lakes, museums, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Small and fine 1 room apartment with 36 square meters, built in 2022 in a suburb of Gaildorf on the Kocher/Jagst cycle path. Quiet location to relax for one or more days. From Alexa and Wi-Fi to TV, stove, refrigerator and walk-in shower, everything is available.
