Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of relaxing, walking and nature activities. Walking distance to a local eatery/coffee shop/general store and only 12 minutes to Robina Town Centre on the Gold Coast and only about 20 minutes to the glorious beaches. We know you will have a great time if you are looking for charm, privacy, and great views amongst nature! Spend the afternoon exploring nature and the walking trails and then cosy up by the fireplace at night. It's possible to hike to the top of Bally Mountain. With multiple trails, you will be rewarded with panoramic views of the area. This unique two-storey, two-bedroom house is equipped with every possible amenity to make your stay a comfortable and memorable one. In addition to the large bedrooms that are all tastefully decorated and fitted with comfortable Queen sized beds, the house includes a bathroom with claw-foot tub/shower, a living room with a piano and fireplace, and an open kitchen – all laid out on two floors. The interior is tastefully furnished, harmoniously marrying the modern with traditional antique and rustic elements, all bathed in an abundance of natural light. The fully-equipped modern kitchen comes with refrigerator, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, and all the utensils and crockery you need to cook your favorite dishes. Bathroom with slate floors and claw-foot bathtub/shower also includes a brand new washer/dryer. The cabin offers an amazingly large deck overlooking the rainforest and the fresh-water creek, and you can barbeque on the deck. NOTE: Limited mobile phone reception. Good reception near shops about 1km away. We are a quiet couple (no children), two males, but do have two dogs, a parrot, and some fish. Very friendly and like to entertain, so we look forward to having you experience the cabin Nestled on the back of Springbrook National Park, this area offers plenty of opportunities for relaxing, walking, and getting close to nature. A coffee shop and general store is within strolling distance, with Robina town centre 12 minutes away. No public transport, so a car is required. In addition, we have plenty of on-street parking in front of the house. Verified ID We require guests to have a Verified ID before they book our listing. Guests without a Verified ID will be guided through the process, which can also be done on Airbnb's iOS and Android apps. To get a Verified ID, you're asked to provide a government-issued ID along with an online profile. A Verified ID also requires a profile picture and verified phone number. It has a fully equipped kitchen to create your own meals or you have the option of heading out to Gallery Walk and choosing from a range of cafes or restaurants just a short stroll Rest a While Chalet is located at the back of Gallery Cafe, take the driveway to the right of the cafe and follow directions down to the rear of the property Access includes the Chalet and the lockup garage (remote control is located in chalet ) This is your private weekend and unless you need us we will not disturb you On check in you will be given a phone number to call should you require any assistance There is a booklet in the chalet with information including local emergency phone numbers and a range of brochures for you to help plan your time spent on the mountain From this chalet nestled in a peaceful rainforest garden, just steps away are the wineries, boutique craft shops, cafes, and restaurants of Mount Tamborine's famous Gallery Walk. Theme parks and the hub of the Gold Coast are only half an hour by car. There is limited public transport on Tamborine Mountain so you will require a vehicle to travel to different locations around the mountain but the chalet is located right in the Hub of shops/cafes/restaurants so there is plenty to see and do all within a very short walking distance If you require a taxi at anytime is is best to pre-book as there is only 1 taxi on the mountain Please note that cereals,a range of bread, bottled water, tea/coffee and milk will be provided for your stay
