Studio T&C - Where you feel comfortable!

The studio with its own entrance is located on the basement floor of a house in the "Seidentor" residential complex, with a total of 16 condominiums. It has a large window with overhead and outside light. The studio measures just under 20 m², has a sitting area (with sofa bed), a counter and a large double bed. It also has a wet area with its own shower, sink and toilet. There is no cooking facility, but it has a small fridge, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker.

My place is in the Thal Nature Park, ideal for hikes and trips to the region. You'll love my place because of the views and the location. The accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers as well as families with children. The apartment has an open plan living-bedroom with 160cm double bed, a couch usable as a bed for 2 people, kitchen as well as a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and cooking utensils.
