We overlook the harbour and has fabulous views of it and Damien Hurst's Verity. Watch the ships, fishing boats and occasionally dolphins! Ilfracombe's bars and restaurants only a five minute walk away too.. You’ll love my place because the apartment is tastefully furnished and has a really spacious light feel to it.We provide most things to help your stay be an enjoyable one. Relax on the balcony with a glass perhaps. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Rural retreat above the river Taw and Tarka Trail

The apartment at Panorama is quiet, spacious and light overlooking the river from the ridge. Only 10 minute's drive from Barnstaple and 20 from Ilfracombe, with beaches at Saunton, Croyde and Putsborough, too. The apartment is a mile from the Tarka Trail (the most popular cycle route in the country). It is set in lovely grounds with a private balcony and a comfortable living area (sofa, armchairs and a large TV). The kitchen and dining area has an oven, hob, fridge and dishwasher.

Centre Point is a 1st floor apartment in a superb location just a 2 min walk from the award winning golden sand beach and village of Woolacombe. It enjoys fabulous panoramic, elevated, uninterrupted ocean views from the master bedroom, living room and out onto the 30ft long balcony, where there are sun loungers and a dining table and chairs to enjoy Al fresco dining at its very best. A beautiful, ground floor flat, located just footsteps from the glorious sandy beach of Westward Ho! This self contained apartment has a spacious open plan living area with dining table and well equipped kitchen. There is a double bedroom with ample storage and a sofa bed in the lounge area. The secure porch provides an useful storage space for surfboards, bikes, wetsuits and other outdoor equipment. The property is south facing and enjoys its own off-road parking.

SUITABLE FOR SINGLE OCCUPANCY OR COUPLES ONLY High Tide is a light open plan space with it's own private access and parking, for one vehicle (no larger than a family estate) in the vibrant village of Braunton. Perfectly located in the centre of the village, but hidden away from the hustle and bustle. Shops, pubs and restaurants are all within walking distance and our local beach, Saunton Sands, is just 2.5 miles away. Great for surfing.
