Cozy, bright, clean summerhouse - close to beach

Bright and nice cottage, built of wood exterior and interior. The cottage includes a small annex, which is typically used to get some peace and quiet, while the rest of the family is in the cottage itself. The annex forms the 3rd bedroom. However, we have also received a double sofa bed in the living room. Outside there's a jacussi wilderness bath, which is heated with wood. There are swings and a sandpit, and the option to use a barbecue or small fire pit. In the garden, there are berry bushes, flowers, rhubarb-all for free use.

Cozy little summerhouse 300 meters from the water. The summerhouse is located at the end of a wall with a path down to the water. Very unpretentious. Easy to find shelter and sun due to the many nooks on the grounds. Bedroom with a double bed. Room with wide bunk bed. Access to the annex with sofa bed for 2 persons, if you wish or have needs. Write and we'll work something out. During the winter period, it is important to know that it can be foot cold and cooler in some rooms, as there is only a wood-burning stove and heat pump.

At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and open chamber with sofa bed 120x200. This is a transit room. Bathroom with walk in shower. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, as well as cozy farm. There is a grill and a portable fire pit.

The city of Odense is 30 min away, grocery shopping in Otterup 15 min. New kitchen and bathroom, living room with dining table, sofa, WIFi, satellite TV and fireplace. Terrace with BBQ (charcoal). Completely secluded cottage right by the water. 180 degree panoramic views of the water with hardwood terrace. The house is not very big, but cozy. Please note that the bathroom and the two bedrooms are older, and therefore there is old condition. In relation to beds, there are two bedrooms one 140x200 and one 160x200 bed, if it is too squeezed you can also choose to use the large sofa bed in the living room. There is not a washer and dryer.
