There is a terrace at the bottom of the garden and south facing patio. There is a short distance to the beach, harbor, marina, swimming pool and charming center with shopping and cozy eateries. HC Andersen Golf and the meadows at Gyldensteen are only a few kilometres away and there are good trails along the Bybäckken and in the forest. Odense C can be reached in 35 min by bus

The villa is from 2022 and includes, among other things, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, as well as master-bedroom and 2 bathrooms. There is also a nice utility room and gamer room for children. The garden is 5000m ² and private. Equipped with garden games, trampoline, play tower, etc., as well as a large furnished lounge terrace. It's less than 2 km to the train station, HCA's house, pedestrian street, and so on. Skibhusvej itself is an atmosephere-filled commercial street with cafes and restaurants. The apartment contains a smaller kitchen with service for six people, stovetop, fridge, oven and possibility of laundry by appointment. In addition, your own toilet and shower. There is free coffee and tea.

Fantastic located cottage 90 meters from the water's edge! Magical views and lots of inside coziness. All modern amenities, with wood-burning stove and air conditioning. 60 m2 spread over 2 floors. At the top a living room with open kitchen. Bottom one bedroom with 180x200 bed, and open chamber with sofa bed 120x200. This is a transit room. Bathroom with walk in shower. Wireless internet, as well as TV. Everything in kitchenware and dishwasher. 2 terraces, as well as cozy farm. There is a grill and a portable fire pit.

Beachside Farmhouse

Fogensegaarden near Bogense has an unusual location for an old farmhouse. A few meters from the beach on the island of Fogense, which was contained and the road into Bogense dried and protected by a dike almost 150 years ago. An operating farmer Christian Jensen, 130 years ago, had the farm built in its current form, with a large living room house and a humble rental on the south end. It's the main house, which, after several updates, is now being rented in the upcoming season to holiday guests.

Nice house with an undisturbed backyard 50 m from a great sandy beach. The house contains a room with a double bed, a room with 3 bunk beds and a loft. Nice living room/kitchen/family room with brand new furniture, new stove, espressomachine and new refrigerator. Table tennis, darts, large barbecue and good garden furniture. The beach has a "Blue Flag". Access to Viaplay, HBO, Netflix, Disney + free wifi. Electricity is settled upon departure. With normal use max 15 Euro/week.

Det tager ca. 15 minutter at kører til centrum. Og 10 minutter til motorvejen.
