The Lake House is unique and soothing. Located directly on the Nieuwkoopse Plassen on 1500M2. Swimming, fishing, cycling, hiking and sailing in the middle of the green Heart between the four cities of Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and cozy living room. Adjacent is the cloakroom with toilet and stairs. Upstairs is a room with bunk beds, a spacious room with double bed and an extendable bed. The bathroom is spacious with a bathtub.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.
