It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. I acquired the manor house in Kobrow in 2011 with the aim of reviving and thereby preserving a small piece of our country's cultural heritage. Our holiday home is 40 sqm large and separately laid out on the property. This is located in a popular residential area in Stralsund, from where the old town can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot. It has a living-dining room, bedroom, children's room, bathroom with shower and terrace with barbecue. A car parking space is available. The storage of brought bicycles is possible.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
