The price is for 2 people. For each additional person, 10€/day is paid. Maximum number of guests 4. The yurt includes a wellness center, which is paid on the spot (20€/day). Don't worry, we will contact you in time after booking and confirm all additional services. Enjoy a beautiful view of the pond right from the yurt. There will be a flock of sheep running around you. The building is fenced. If you are missing anything, you can use the services of the established guest house, which is a "few" steps from the yurt, but you will still feel like you are alone.

In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. A unique apartment in an absolutely secluded location in the Bavarian Forest awaits you. As a dog owner, you will have a particularly good time with us. Your furry friend can let off steam on our almost 1500 sqm fenced dog lawn. On the large wooden balcony you have an unobstructed view of the sunrise and the dog lawn. In the living area, there is a fireplace, a kitchen and in the large bathtub you can relax in the evening. From mid/end November to April, it is only accessible with a four-wheel drive!

Enjoy the tranquility of our idyllically located farm in the Lower Bavarian Rottal. You sleep in the shepherd's wagon, on the edge of our garden on a meadow, next to the garden pavilion and grill. The car is equipped with a folding sofa bed, table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating and a kitchenette. This is equipped with a fridge, hotplate, filter coffee maker, kettle and dishes. In the house, a complete guest bathroom is at your disposal.

The attic space is adapted to a duplex apartment with a total living area of over 100m² for 2-5 people. In order to preserve the authenticity of the land, we have resigned to the construction of the walls between the room, the whole apartment is made up of a single volume, from which only the bathroom with WC is reserved. The bedroom for 3 people is located on the hambálkách. For 2 people a 2-bed room is provided in the living area.
