The house is located in the holiday village Waldbrunn. A few minutes' walk from the holiday home there is a thermal bath with sauna. The house has an excellent location in the middle of nature and is the ideal starting point for great excursions. On site there is still electricity (€0.40/ kWh) and gas (€3.20/cbm) according to consumption as well as the tourist tax (€1.00/ adult)./day). Duvet covers and towels must be brought with you or can be booked (€13 p.p./set).

Living in a farmhouse

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

A quiet non-smoking apartment with separate entrance awaits you on the 2nd floor of the former distillery of the estate. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields.
