The property is a Modern 2 storey, 3 bedroom town house in the heart of South West Rocks. Main bedroom features air-conditioning, a TV with a DVD player and an ensuite. The two upstairs rooms have air-conditioning and TV's also. The main bathroom is spacious with a spa bath and separate shower. You can bring your own linen, or pay a small fee to have the beds made and ready for your arrival. The kitchen has all modern conveniences including a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Nothing like a coffee to start the day fresh, or a dishwasher to ease into total relaxation. The North facing living area features a 50 inch flat screen television and DVD player and Wifi. A large book, game and DVD library is also available to use. This living area opens on to a superb Alfresco dining area with a Beef Eater BBQ, Bar Fridge and large timber dining table with restaurant quality shade cover. A great place to reflect and unwind after a day out, or to catch up on some reading. La Bella Vita allows all family members to take time out from the hustle and bustle of normal life. Each level includes its own living area and TV, full size bathroom and alfresco entertaining area. Featuring a full size kitchen including all new appliances and a dishwasher to make entertaining a breeze, opening out to the dining, living and alfresco area overlooking the golf course and across to the ocean. Smart TV included (you will need to use your own hotspot). Crimsafe windows and doors for you to open up and take in the ocean breeze. Configuration:- Upstairs: Bedroom 1 with queen bed.
