Historic Mill of Cramm, Barn-Apt.4

Our apartment 4 is on the 2nd floor of the historic barn of our listed water mill, which has existed since 1754. It is one of six studios we have built as part of a renovation and have been renting out since May 2024. We have taken care to preserve as much of the historic character of the building as possible. The apartment is decorated in half-timbered style and is characterized by its original wooden beams and a spacious open roof beam.

You will stay in a 2-room apartment at the foot of the Belchen. The apartment offers a large bedroom, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a living-dining room. With a large veranda facing south as well as a large patio with fire pit/grill and direct access to free parking, we offer our guests the perfect starting point to explore the Black Forest. We allow a dog to be brought along as a pet.

Quietly located basement in-law with separate entrance in an idyllic location in the Black Forest south of Freiburg. The entrance is via stairs and through the garden. There is a small kitchenette for Facilities. A bathtub or shower can be used in the bathroom. A large terrace as well as chairs, loungers, a table and umbrella are provided. Various hiking trails invite you to hike or biking.

Popular with couples, winter hiking, indoor sauna

Tannwäldchen by Schwarzwaldquartier directly on the most beautiful hiking trails and to the ski lift and cross-country ski trail. Balcony with great views of the valley and mountains. Use our communal sauna in the house for a small fee. (10 euros) Our apartment is perfect for 2 people (+ baby). The apartment is located in the Residenz Schauinsland apartment house with 23 holiday apartments.
