La Viola Vacation Home The vacation home is the original guest house of Villa La Viola. The vacation home is located on the village meadow Wijk aan Zee and is within walking distance (10 minutes) of the beach and the sea. The house is suitable for two people as standard, can be expanded to a maximum of 4 people for an additional fee, and consists of a living room combined with kitchen, separate toilet and a separate bathroom and 4 sleeping places on the floor. The house has its own parking facilities.

Summer house ‘Het Hoeverhuisje’ is located in Egmond aan den Hoef, a village between dune and sea from where you can visit both nature and culture. The cozy, renovated summer house is located behind the owner's house. It has its own private entrance and a small yard with garden seat. The kitchen, living and bathroom are downstairs, the bedroom with wardrobe and dresser is upstairs. Which is also very nice; in Egmond aan den Hoef is free parking and you will always find a parking space for your car...!

This beautiful family ship is fully equipped. There is a fully equipped kitchen, internet and toilet. There are 8 beds spread over a captain’s cabin, a room in the front and a fixed bunk bed next to the aisle. Showers are possible in the shower complex in the harbor, where 16 showers are available for you. You can also sail to Amsterdam and stay there for the night for example, or sail on the IJsselmeer or North Sea. We would like to tell you what is possible with our beautiful boat.

Relax in this unique and fantastic split-level home: lots of light, space and cozy outdoor terraces. From the decking, you jump into the water, or you sail away with the paddle board or with the rowing boat! From the large kitchen, you can look out over the water. With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.
