Beautiful vacation home in a stunning location on the water, and yet only 30 minutes from Amsterdam. It is part of our own home, but it is an independent residential unit with beautiful views, both to the water in front and to the garden behind. It is located on a very quiet little road where there are about 20 other detached houses. The river the Vecht is wonderful for swimming, with clean, clear water, and of course beautiful for boating. There is a small rowboat and 2 canoes.

Lovely (10 meter) sailingboat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. Entrance, main cabin with a sink, table, sofas. Toilet, bathroom, bedroom in the front. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm). Third and fourth person in single beds on the other side of the boat. The fifth (smaller?) person can sleep in the bed in the front of the boat, or you can store your luggage there. Nespresso coffee machine, water cooker. Wifi. Shower on shore.

Our modern house with spacious garden has 4 bedrooms and is a 3-minute walk from the cozy beach with shallow swimming water, harbour with surfboard, canoe and boat rental and restaurants of Muiderberg. The house is child-friendly and has a cool tree house in the garden. Various playgrounds within walking distance, Muiderslot within cycling distance & 15 minutes by car from Amsterdam, Almere and Hilversum.

The ‘Don’! A Lovely 9 m flatbottom boat. Isolated, running water, wifi, etc, etc. She is a remake of a traditional Dutch fishing boat. ‘Don’ sleeps 2 in the front of the boat on the port side (left) in a spacious double. 1 person can sleep in a single birth on starboard (right), or you can store your bags. All beds are 2 m long. Nespresso coffee machine, waterboiler. Wifi. Shower on shore.

Detached house in Duin - Boomrijk. Decorated the house with love and attention. For the moments that I am not there I like to rent it out! Walking distance from Almeerder beach and lovely in the trees. The house has 2 private parking spaces and 3 separate bedrooms (a fourth bedroom can be created with a folding bed) so that 8 people can stay. Garden has just been created (follow photos)
