Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

Inside you will find a cozy interior with comfortable sleeping, views of the countryside and a small kitchenette for preparing simple meals. Outside you can enjoy sitting by the fire, listening to birds singing or just soaking your feet in the pure stream water.

Experience the freedom of the Wild West! Tiny House Wild West stands right above a pond in the middle of pastures, where cows roam freely and the peace is disturbed only by the crackling of fire. Relax in a hot tub with a massage system, swim in a pond or try to catch your own fish. Tanned wood, the smell of nature and complete privacy - here you are only you, nature and freedom. And if one pond wasn't enough for you, 100 meters to the southwest you'll find another pond in the middle of the wilderness.

Bucheggerl

A cosy cabin right by the Grosse Rodl – perfect for switching off in the middle of nature. You can expect a stylishly renovated cottage with a cosy sleeping area and a view of the countryside, a modern bathroom, a small kitchen, a covered veranda with an outdoor kitchen, and a private garden with a fire pit right by the water. Ideal for couples, those seeking peace and quiet, and nature lovers. Enjoy sunsets by the river, birdsong and pure relaxation in a unique atmosphere. Coffee machine: Caffissimo

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Chalupa U Čmeláka

A luxuriously equipped cottage for all who love unspoiled nature and still like to indulge in luxury accommodation. There is a spacious garden with a pergola and a terrace. In case of bad weather, you can sit in the lounge with a fireplace. Experience relaxation in a hot tub with a unique view (extra charge). The hot tub is located outside and is in operation from March 1 to October 31 (depending on current temperatures). We do not allow pets.

This spacious family apartment is nestled in the heart of Český Krumlov’s charming historic center, making it the perfect base for families or small groups. Combining modern comfort with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, the apartment instantly feels like home. Step outside and you’re just moments away from the town’s main attractions, restaurants, and cafés – everything you want to experience in Český Krumlov is right at your doorstep.

Tiny House - Mühlviertel

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

LIPAA home & free parking

Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.
