Entspanne in einem 2023 komplett renovierten Apartment mit topmoderner Ausstattung und viel Liebe zum Detail. Ob echter Baum im Wohnzimmer, Blumendecke über dem Bett, Fachwerkwände, Regendusche im Wald oder echtes Steinwaschbecken: Durch viele, hochwertige Details kommen Designliebhaber nicht zu kurz. Direkt am Waldrand gelegen ist der Fabelwald perfekt für Naturliebhaber.

Lovingly renovated Black Forest house from 1831

The typical Black Forest house from 1831 was lovingly renovated in 2021. On the ground floor, which is accessible, there is a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The large living/cooking/dining area with its clay-plastered walls and solid wood fixtures is at the center of the house. In the historic attic there is a large and two small bedrooms. There is also a cozy bathroom in the attic. A stream ripples past in front of the playground in the garden. Tourist tax not included!

Only a 5-minute walk from the town center and in close proximity to numerous hiking trails, it is the ideal starting point for nature lovers. This small house, with a magnificent view stretching all the way to the Vosges Mountains in France, is located on the outskirts of Herbolzheim in the foothills of the Black Forest. Europa-Park and Rulantica are just 10 minutes away. The Black Forest, Freiburg, Strasbourg, and many more are great destinations from here. A tourist tax will be levied in Herbolzheim starting January 1, 2026. Guests will receive a Konus card upon request.

Our family-friendly apartment can accommodate 4 guests. In the 1st bedroom there is a box spring bed, a wardrobe and a smart TV. The 2nd double bed can be found on our cozy sleeping loft. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. The property has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Here, too, there is a smart TV. The large terrace invites you to linger. A parking place is available.
