Although, the dock is not floating, your front yard IS the water. Watch sea life frolic just beyond your deck. Enjoy barbecue's alfresco on the dock at sunset. Unwind after your day, relaxing by the "natural gas" fire pit. Bring your stand up paddle boards and launch at the neighboring launching ramp! Limitless fun!

The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals!
