The Little House

This newer home is located in Morro Heights, just blocks from the golf course, bay, Embarcadero and downtown. It is 630 sq. ft. and features one bedroom with a king bed and a queen memory foam sofa bed. There are tv's in the bedroom and living room, a full kitchen, with porcelain flooring throughout, including the heated bathroom floor. There is also an indoor full size washer and dryer. Nice bay views and a relaxing atmosphere with a front porch to enjoy. Vacation Rental Permit # 104038

Relax in the jacuzzi hot tub and enjoy a sunset view from your own patio outside this unique eco-friendly suite . The private bottom floor of my split level home features a fully equipped kitchenette. The suite is an ideal couple's getaway or bring the kids and roast marshmallows by the fire. Chill in a hammock and enjoy veggies from our organic garden or kayak the bay. Plug-In for Electric vehicles. 3pm Self-check in. 5-point Covid cleaning protocol. 28 day max stay per California law.

Perfect location to walk to restaurants, bars, music, shopping, movies, coffee and more! Morro Bay is short drive to Wine Country, SLO, Pismo Beach, Cambria. Bring your pets we love all animals! It’s located 1 mile from Baywood Park. 8 miles from Montaña de Oro State Park-ample hiking and walking options against a beautiful backdrop of the Pacific Ocean and Eucalyptus trees. 10 minute drive to Morro Bay, the ocean and you can see seals and otters. 15 minute drive to San Luis Obispo. 25 minute drive to Edna Valley or 45 mins north to Paso Robles vineyards and wine tasting.

Tastefully appointed and well stocked, the barn is the perfect getaway for Paso Robles wine country, the Cayucos/Cambria/Morro Bay Coast, San Luis Obispo shopping or exploring the gorgeous Big Sur coastline! Set in a beautiful spot at the lower end of our property under a mature and majestic grove of oak trees with overhead twinkling bistro lights.

We are located on the EAST side of Highway One. A five minute walk puts your toes in the sand and renew your spirit! :)) **We do have a cat; Apollo can be curious. Primarily, Apollo lives upstairs with us.
