“4.7 overall Host: 5/5 with communication and hospitality. Made to feel very welcome, offered to use anything in house and it was well stocked with 40+ rolls of toilet paper! Quick responses even as Tamir was out of country. Location: 5/5, can walk, bus anywhere. Bus fare is $1.75, buses have free WiFi and some have chargers. Used Lyft, Uber and those rental bikes and scooters minimally. Cleanliness: 4/5 I have high standards and base ratings on tidiness as well as sanitation. On tidiness, this place gets 5/5. It’s minimal with lots of space for your things. What’s in apartment is placed in a pleasing, orderly way. Sanitation was good (Tamir did a good job of cleaning - think clean friend’s house), but there’s room for improvement to get it to hotel clean. Privacy / Safety: 5/5, I rented the whole apartment. I like that there were 2 locked doors to the apartment. The first locked door opens into a community hallway that’s shared with 2 other apartments (I saw Tamir’s hallway neighbors several times). The second locked door opens into Tamir’s apartment. Amenities: 4/5 appreciated the full bathroom with separate tub and shower. There is a mini fridge and hot plate (as well as fancy espresso set up for those who drink coffee), but otherwise no kitchen. No laundry in building means you’ll have to visit the laundromat (a few blocks away) if staying longer. I didn’t use, but Tamir has an apps-connected TV. Street parking only can be a pain on Tamir’s street, but according to Tamir there are streets a few blocks away where you can park without a permit. Check-in: 5/5 Tamir met me in person at the agreed upon time to hand me keys and give me a tour of his home. Value: 5/5 Tamir’s pricing is excellent. You get your own place in a central, safe part of LA for a price similar to local rent.”
Gather around the fire pit and make the most of balmy evenings on the secluded patio at this Scandi-cool getaway with 60s furniture and spiritual accents. Soft shades of white and grey create a tranquil space for relaxation and quiet contemplation. Due to COVID-19, we enhanced cleaning by additionally disinfecting our airbnb after each checkout. This includes thoroughly disinfecting doorknobs, light switches, countertops and more with Clorox wipes. Furthermore, our cleaning professionals wear face masks 😷 and gloves 🧤 to ensure we are taking the utmost precaution as safety is our #1 priority
“Ryan was very helpful and check-in was easy. He also communicates quickly when we had any questions or concerns. We’re so grateful for his hospitality!”
Located one block from famed Melrose Avenue shopping, dining and entertainment, the famous Groundlings theater is right at the end of the block. You’ll love the location, ambiance, and serene outdoors spaces. A great place for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers alike.
“Such a great place to stay! It’s right off of Melrose and is in such a convenient location. The house is very clean as well. It’s an older house so the walls are a bit thin but it didn’t bother me at all I always got a good nights sleep and other guests were respectful of the quiet hour rule. Highly recommend!”
