Farmhouse holiday home near Utrecht/Amsterdam

Our vacation home (new in 2026) is located in the middle of the Netherlands (the Groene Hart) between the towns of Montfoort and Oudewater. There are 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, so plenty of privacy! Ideal for families, groups of friends, and companies. We have excellent connections to the A12/A2 motorways and a bus stop right outside the door, so cities such as Utrecht, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Leiden, Delft, Alkmaar, The Hague, and Gouda, as well as all the major attractions in the Netherlands, can be reached quickly.

Sleeping among the sheep in the city of Utrecht

Close to the centre of Utrecht, this beautiful and spacious accommodation is located in our meadow surrounded by our grazing sheep. The location of the chalet gives you plenty of privacy, and from the living room and bedroom you have a wonderful view of the meadow and orchard. In February and March, the lambs are born inside the barn. Of course, you can admire them, and in good weather, they will be outside during the day. Bike rental is available on site. Free parking on the property with a charging station.

B&B Wellness "De Bourgondische Lelie"

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

Looking for a nice place to stay with a lot of privacy? Just outside Utrecht, you will find Bed and Breakfast Au Jardin, where you can enjoy and relax. The guesthouse is at the back of our deep garden. You have your own entrance at the rear of the building. You can also park there. At the front, you can relax on the terrace. The Bed and Breakfast is located in De Meern, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Utrecht and centrally located between Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague.

Wilnis is located in the middle of the green heart of the Netherlands, centrally between Amsterdam and Utrecht, both 20 minutes away by car. De Hooiberg at the Aan de Bovenlanden Frisian horse farm is a fully furnished house where privacy is guaranteed. Whether you are looking for peace and quiet after a day in Amsterdam, want to go walking or cycling, visit the various animals with the children, go fishing or play golf. Utrecht has hardly any nature, and that makes Buitenplaats Rijnenburg unique: just 15 minutes by car from the historic city center, this former haystack has now been transformed into a cozy and modern accommodation. The haystack is in the grounds of a thatched farm, which is no longer in operation. But do you want a fresh egg for breakfast? There are still chickens that like to lay an egg.

Discover all the beauty the area has to offer by hiking, biking, sailing or paddle boarding. Centrally located in the middle of the Groene Hart between the major cities of Amsterdam, Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Leiden, Gouda and Haarlem. (30-40 min drive by car)
