In just a 13-minute walk you can reach the Ludwigsburg train station, whose trains take you to Stuttgart every 10 minutes. Depending on the train, you need between 10-17 minutes to Stuttgart Central Station. Our guests have the apartment to themselves.

In about 25 minutes by subway, you are in Stuttgart at the main train station / Schlossplatz. Easy to reach without a car. Please let us know the approximate arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival. Otherwise, a flexible check-in is not guaranteed.

Dusch-Badewanne, Waschbecken. Handtücher sind vorhanden. Wohnzimmer mit Sofa Couchtisch, Vitrinen und Sideboard. Smart-TV, Internet und WiFi . Auf der Galerie - zugänglich über eine Treppe , Tisch und Sideboard. In der Wohnung ist das Rauchen nicht gestattet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden.

Enjoy the simple life in this quiet & centrally located accommodation on 38 m2. There are hand towels & bed linen available. as well as a Senseo coffee mas. Starting point for walks or the jogging track. Asperg train station is 5 minutes walking distance. S-Bahn to Ludwigsburg: 3 min. S-Bahn to Stuttgart: 25 - 30 minutes. Outdoor swimming pool Asperg is a 10-minute walk away. Infrastructure (within 5 km) Max 2 people. Unfortunately, we have to decline/cancel all requests.

A bakery around the corner! Parking space for strollers in the house. New soundproof windows installed in 2024!

You will stay in an Art Nouveau house, which has recently been renovated to a high standard. It is about 500 meters from the Ludwigsburg Baroque Palace. You can easily reach Ludwigsburg train station by bus in about 10 minutes or on foot in approx. 20 minutes. Parking is available in the yard. The apartment has a spacious private terrace overlooking the countryside. In the daylight bathroom you will find a walk-in shower.
