The two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed (2 x 1.8 meters). In the living room are a sofa, a table and 4 chairs as well as a high-definition television (satellite television). The apartment has both a wireless and a standard DSL connection (DSL 16000). The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker and kettle. Dishes and pots are also available. In addition, the apartment has an extractor fan. On the balcony to the south / southwest side may be relaxed on sunny days. The apartment is located in the countryside and generally very quiet. Nearby is the park, the town of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is a few minutes walk away. Munich can be reached in about 1 hour by car to Innsbruck, it only takes about 45 minutes.

The 1-room apartment was completely renovated in 2013. Centrally located - only 5 minutes from the train station - takes a few minutes to get to the pristine nature. The apartment has a terrace, garden and underground parking. Children are welcome and up to 6 years old we do not charge any additional costs. Please simply note in the text at the time of request. Tourist tax is between €1.80 and €2.30 per adult per guest card, depending on the season, and there are some discounts with the guest card.
