You'll spend the whole day sitting on the terrace, watching nature come to life, building campfires, and relaxing—perhaps letting the many experiences you've had sink in. Since civilisation is 2.5 km (1.5 miles) away, you should go shopping properly beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

A 15-minute drive from the beautiful and often underrated Chemnitz, (European Capital of Culture ’25), Located 200 metres from a cycle and hiking trail that runs in both directions through beautiful natural surroundings to the nearby towns, or that offers hiking routes to the nearby Lichtenwalde and Augustusburg castles. The terrace and the romantic garden are perfect for breakfast, barbecues and relaxing 🔆.

We welcome you to the apartment at the "Alte Geiersbergschänke." The apartment is located in an idyllic secluded location in a beech forest on one of the seven hills that surround the city of Kirchberg. At the foot of the Ore Mountains. We want to convey the peace and security of this unique location to our guests. The apartment (80 square meters) is on the first floor (entrance area with 4 steps) in the landlord's house with a separate entrance. Wi-Fi and parking space available.

Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, above which a tenant lives. I am available any time. A ground floor apartment with a special relaxing effect. The apartment, which is over 50 m², offers everything you need to switch off for a few days/weeks. The fireplace in the living room contributes to the cozy atmosphere in the evening. As a small special feature, our alpine hut is located directly in the garden of our property. Nearby there are many good viewing platforms from which you can see a wonderful view over parts of the Osterz Mountains.

If you are in the mood for cottage magic, wood fire & nature in the Erzgebirge, then the Hudelei is just right for you. A piece of modernity in the heart of Seiffen, less than 500 m from the famous Seiffen church, equipped with a firetube oven (and lots of wood), induction stove, refrigerator, books, wood, Marshall box, large and small Moormann Truden, day thieves, Kampenwand, slippers, felt boots, calculation examples, Erika, FollowMe's, sleds, etc.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

Simply SWITCH OFF at sunset

If you really want to switch off, need new spirit and are satisfied with minimalist furnishings, but appreciate the luxury of freedom, evening sunsets from your terrace, birdsong in the morning and the mooing of happy cows, you've come to the right place. You can prepare your meals in the tiny house yourself or order an organic breakfast basket for a healthy start to the day. There is a compost toilet and an outdoor shower is planned.

It is a unique starting point to explore beautiful Dresden. If you want, you can also relax in nature or explore old village centers of the surrounding villages on foot.
