The vacation home has 50 square meters of living space and 1000 square meters of garden. It is located on the lagoon of Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig and stands out due to the older cottage charm from the remaining new "vacation cubes." Instead of the usual veneer furniture off the shelf, there is an individual decor, beautiful view of the jetty, fireplace, many things for children and fruit plants for harvesting. There is everything you need as a small family for a few relaxing days away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Cosy apartment on the quiet outskirts – ideal for families with children. The charming house from before 1900 offers historic flair, but is partly noisy. Surrounded by meadows and fields, you can enjoy rural idyll with plenty of space to play and relax. Freiberg and the Erzgebirge are within easy reach – perfect for excursions, hiking or winter sports. The apartment is on the ground floor, with a tenant living above. I am available any time. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate.
