Billiards , darts, etc. are ready for you. Hiking through the vineyards of Seußlitz and the Elberadweg just 400 m away invite you. Parking and 2 bicycles are available free of charge. Right behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, with a little luck you can observe wild deer directly at the garden fence.

Our entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating. The kitchen contains a refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove (4 hotplates) with oven and a lot more. In the bathroom there is a shower. When the weather is nice, you can relax on the terrace.
