It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

In this green, quiet location, you are still only 10 minutes by car or 25 minutes by bike from the western center of Berlin's Charlottenburg Palace and 7 minutes from the Siemensdamm subway station. Our bicycles are at your disposal free of charge. The cottage has a double bed. You can set up a second double bed, but then has less space in the room. My apartment is in the heart of Berlin with immediate access to public transport, restaurants and cafes. Parking spots are right in front of the building. A balcony, high ceilings, American fridge with an icemaker, dishwasher, elevator, WiFi and the idyllic Landwehr-canal make my home special.
