Modern vacation home with large terrace and garden on the back of our property, north/east. Berlin outskirts. A bedroom with 2 beds, living room with 2 comfortable upholstered armchairs, open kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet, all with underfloor heating. Not suitable for parties. Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

Haus Prerow - Apartment with charm

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the centre. In 20 minutes, you'll be on Alexanderplatz with the Open House. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet housing estate in the middle of Berlin. House Prerow is a one-room apartment with bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and, if necessary, a crib. Free parking is available.

If you are looking for peace and quiet as a holidaymaker after visiting the bustling city or after work or an internship, you have come to the right place. In our garden in front of the bungalow, you can end the day comfortably in the warm season and enjoy the silence, the birdsong and the splashing of our garden fountain. S-Bahn train train, tram and bus are a few minutes' walk away. Only 30 minutes to the city centre. Various shopping facilities are provided.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. We are renting out separate, modernly decorated small house in the garden of a historic fishermen´s house. It is on the Köpenick old town island, directly on the Spree. Docking for boats, bike parking spots, good transit connection.
