We are a Berlin-based family and have been successfully renting out part of our apartment for nine years. With 38 m², our space comfortably accommodates three adults or a family. The apartment includes bedroom, a cozy kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, and a bathroom. Each room has its own door, ensuring maximum privacy and comfort. Whether you're planning a short visit or a longer stay in Berlin, our accommodation provides the perfect retreat from the vibrant and diverse bustle of the city.

Near main station, Spree and Friedrichstraße with attractive restaurants and shops. Theatres, museums, Brandenburg Gate and Berlin sights within walking distance. Very stylish and modern furnished with open kitchen/living and dining area. Two double beds, one of them in the gallery open to the living room with spiral staircase. The other one in a separat bedroom.

Renting my beautiful apartment on Alte Schönhauser Straße, while I am travelling. It’s on the first floor, the apartment has 100 sm, has two massive rooms, which are connected, a big kitchen and dining area, plus 2 bathrooms. It’s in the center of Berlin, a 1 minute walk to Rosa Luxemburg Platz and a 5 min walk to Hackescher Markt or Alexander Platz. The street is full of little shops, lovely restaurants and bars, but still quite and not too crowded.

Das Appartement verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang und ist ca. 60 m ² groß. Zur Unterkunft gelangt man über einen schönen Garten. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Parkplätze sind in der Regel auf der Straße vorhanden. Im Notfall in der Nachbarstraße mit kurzem Fußweg.
