Our private studio is great for couples or single professionals who need a quiet place to work. Studio is furnished with one Queen bed and a two twin beds (trundle bed comes from underneath the twin bed in the picture. Private bathroom and access to our backyard, some guests have used it for Yoga, Meditation and for their kids to run around 10 minute drive to downtown and/or main beaches. Private parking space included for one vehicle. Only minutes from hiking trails, UCSB, Beach, etc.

We offer a bright, simple, Scandinavian inspired, 2 level, attached studio including; a spacious living area with kitchenette, a private bathroom with tub, and stairs ascending to a cozy full height loft sleeping space with a European queen size bed. There is a private parking space available and from there the entrance to the Studio is through a private gate, down a few steps and through a garden area. There is patio seating and an outdoor shower to rinse after a day at the beach or a hike.
