Located in the historic neighborhood of Brea, 25 min or 11 miles from Disneyland. Downtown Brea's "Birch Street" is an easy 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 22 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dinning in downtown Brea and downtown Fullerton,..(highly recommended) My place is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).
“We just got back and tried to book again but it’s like 5 months until an opening, so book way in advance. I mean, we want to return if that tells you anything. The yellow corkscrew slide entrance is actually behind a cabinet door in the treehouse, which is way cooler than we expected. The treehouse interior look and feel is better described as a “tiny house” and it is better quality than my home. The AC will make you cold on a 97 degree day. The tv has a zillion channels. The WiFi is lightning fast bc it has its own WiFi (BIG DEAL FOR OUR SCHOOL ZOOM). Very well insulated and not a creak or squeak anywhere. I’d call it over-engineered in a good way. Has smoke alarms and fire extinguisher, fridge and microwave. Also, the rooftop at night is simply unbeatable. My favorite part. Plan on eating your meals and having a drink up there, even on a hot day. The leaves of the trees are like a shade dome 360 degrees around and above. The privacy is better than we anticipated, whether in the yard by the fire pit, by the bathroom, in the treehouse or on the top deck. It reminded us of a tiny house air bnb we had in Portland, actually. In Brea! The park one minute away has an amazing skatepark, and is very well lit until 10pm. I could go on forever. What a gem. I thought the outhouse would be a burden but it turned out to be an amazing shower experience. We all slept really well and found the local dining options walkable and plentiful. Icing on the cake: Zeus the 13-year-old deaf yellow lab. We loved Zeus. We are still talking about Zeus. He didn’t have access to our area but we had access to him in the middle back yard and petting that sweet old dog was special. The neighbors when we were out front unloading the car or walking somewhere were so friendly and you could tell the families on this quiet dead end street were all proud homeowners. We will be back for my boys 6th birthday weekend. Until next time!!”
Private studio apartment. Second-story unit, set back from the street, in a separate building behind the hosts' home. Located in a beautiful historic neighborhood, on a quiet street shaded by oak trees. Disneyland and the Anaheim Convention Center are only 10 minutes away. The Honda Center and Anaheim Stadium 5 minutes. The beaches are an easy 20 minute drive. Excellent restaurants and shopping are abundant. Close to Old Town Orange, Chapman University, and the Santa Artists Village.
“A perfect simple place for two. If you need a full kitchen though this isnt the place for you. I stopped here in between coming home to SD from LA and its in a great location, felt safe and quite, and near so many places to eat. The hosts are very nice and super responsive.”
This large, (11 'x 17') carpeted bedroom w/private bathroom (two steps from bedroom door) has four comfortable beds that sleep up to five people. Enjoy high-speed WiFi/large mini-fridge/microwave and access to courtyard patio. Quiet neighborhood and lots of free parking. If you follow my driving directions, Disneyland Resort is a 12 minute drive and our local beach is a 25 minute drive. A hearty continental breakfast is available each morning and is included in the cost of your reservation.
“Cynthia and David are the perfect hosts! They are a beautiful couple; it is a joy to meet them. Their home is just as beautiful and is very inviting. You will love every minute of your stay! Breakfast is delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Fresh-squeezed orange juice, fresh peach smoothie, organic breads, all were such a treat!”
